The masterchef contract will be placed in a 24 hour timelock shortly after farms and pools have launched.
The time lock prevents sudden changes being made to the smart-contract for aspects such as the emission rate, multipliers, fee amounts etc.
There is no time lock on users-staked assets or harvests!
There is a 180 day timelock on initial liquidity provided to all $KIWI farms.
